Drop-in to any class, in-person or online.

Class links and passwords are emailed to you when you purchase.
Classes are donation based and all are welcome.

• Monday 7pm EST (online)
• Tuesday 6:45pm EST (In-person at The Yoga Barn in Severna Park)
• Thursdays 5:45pm EST Yoga (Pop-Up Classes TBA in-person at Westchester Community Center in EC)
• Saturday 9:30am EST (In person at Michele’s home studio in Arnold and online)
• Sundays 9am (In-person at The Yoga Barn in Severna Park)
