This approach to FREEDOM and FEELING GOOD, is 2-fold. In a very focused way, we will train the body and then, in a very focused way, we will train the brain.
Just like when we work a muscle, there is great power in our minds when we train them properly. Meditation is shown to thicken the pre-frontal cortex. This brain center manages higher order brain function, like increased awareness, concentration, and decision making. Changes in the brain show, with meditation, higher-order functions become stronger, while lower-order brain activities decrease. Key neurochemicals such as serotonin, melatonin and dopamine levels are elevated during meditation.
Throughout the week, you can rewatch the video and practice the parts that you most need.
