This Guided Meditation (14 minute audio) promotes sleep, a peaceful mind, relaxed body, and sweet dreams.

You will be gently guided to relax the entire body and mind (with a body scanning technique) and then go on a journey of the imagination to create peaceful thoughts and encourage deep rest.

This meditation was created with my daughter in mind, as she has always struggled with sleep and it works wonders!
