New Year’s Intention Event !

Rituals are powerful. They create a container to hold a singular focus for our mind and body. When dealing with feelings or thoughts, this allows us, in the simplest of terms, to feel safe.

What we are wanting to let go of or manifest, is held for a moment in time.

Here we will create a healing space to breathe, reflect, feel, release, and receive. This loving ritual includes:

• Yoga
• Guided Meditation
• Journaling 
• Release of 2025 Ceremony
• Vision Board Creation
  
  

We will reflect on the past, arrive in the now, and set heart promises for what will unfold. This is about living with purpose. Looking forward to sharing this special time. It’s going to be brilliant.
