This is a one-of-a-kind Camp that is process oriented and based on holding space for creative learning, connecting and allowing each child to thrive in their own unique way. I am so excited for our 12th year of Yoga Camp!

- Camp is held outdoors in Arnold, MD
- Full Day (Ask about before / after care)
- Monday – Friday (9am – 4:00pm)
- Ages 6 and up
Each day will explore:
- Yogic themes include: Peace, Sharing, Self-esteem Building, Community, Friendship & Love
- Poses, activities, games & songs
- Pool / Water Time & Fun
- Sensory Art
- “Yoga Kids Toolbox” Techniques for Breath & Mindfulness for Stress Management, Relaxation and Focus
- Creative Movement
- Teamwork Activities
- And the magic of play outside in nature
