Description
This is a one-of-a-kind Camp that it is process oriented and based on holding space for creative learning, connecting and allowing each child to thrive in their unique way. This is our 12th year of Yoga Camp and I am so excited to spend time with our yoga kiddos this summer.

- Camp is held outdoors in Arnold, MD (same location as the last 2 years!)
- Full Day (Ask about before / after care)
- Monday – Friday (9am – 4:00pm)
- Ages 6 and up
Each day will explore:
- Yogic themes include: Peace, Sharing, Self-esteem Building, Community, Friendship & Love
- Poses, activities, games & songs
- Daily Pool or Beach Water Time & Fun Water Activities
- Sensory Art
- “Yoga Kids Toolbox” Techniques for Breath & Mindfulness for Stress Management, Relaxation and Focus
- Creative Movement
- Teamwork Activities
- And the magic of play outside in nature
