LOVE LIFE YOGA + BRAVEHEART RUN SUMMER CAMP!
I am so excited to partner AGAIN with my dear friend Sarah Clark, owner of the local company Braveheart Run Club, for a SUMMER CAMP EXTRAVAGANZA!

Ages: 6+
Two awesome local companies and friends have merged to provide an amazing camp guaranteed to send your kids (aged 6+) home each day fairly sweaty, pretty tired, a little dirty and super happy!
Each day will begin with “Coach” Sarah, who will lead your kids through running games and drills, strength building exercises, and walk/jog explorations along the B+A Trail- all infused with growth mindset lessons!
The kids will break for lunch and free play, and then spend their afternoon with Michele, who will lead a daily fun exploration of Yogic themes (like Peace, Sharing, Self-esteem Building, Community, Friendship, and Love) through:
- Poses, activities, games & songs
- Water Time & Fun
- Sensory Art
- “Yoga Kids Toolbox” Techniques for Breath & Mindfulness for Stress Management, Relaxation and Focus
- And the magic of play outside in nature
This is a one-of-a-kind Camp that is process oriented and based on holding space for creative learning, connecting and allowing each child to thrive in their own unique way while discovering and nurturing what they are truly capable of. Oh yeah, and lots of art sprinkled through each day!
