How does your breath feel slowly moving in and slowly moving out of you? 

Be with YOU. Right here. Meet yourself with open arms. 
(Guess what? You are enough. You are doing enough. You are beautiful.)

Get ready to be amazed at what you find. 

I’m starting now. This is me, sweaty and imperfect after a run. Pausing to clear my mind.
