2020 New Years Intention Yoga

Hello 2020. Goodbye, 2019.

A New Year is approaching and we are about to say goodbye to 2019. Let’s gather together to breathe, reflect, feel, release, and receive. It is our 7th (or 8th?) Annual New Years Ritual!

And, as you know, rituals are powerful. They create a container to hold a singular focus for our mind and body. When dealing with feelings or thoughts, this allows us, in the simplest of terms, to feel safe.

What we are wanting to let go of (like grief during mourning) or manifest (like a New Year’s Resolution), is held for a moment in time.

Monday, December 30th
6:30pm – 8:30pm at the Ballet Conservatoire in EC

We will create a space for you to breathe, reflect, feel, release, and receive.
This loving ritual includes
yoga, meditation, writing, energy work, and bubbles.
We will reflect on the past, arrive in the now, and set heart promises for what is to unfold.
