What I know is this –
My experience is simple. When I show up and do my practice, I feel better.
My mind feels clearer.
I have more patience.
I can see good in others.
My heart is peaceful.
I’m more pleasant to be around.
Life is more interesting and creative.
So, when life gets complicated and hard, my practice has to BE VERY SIMPLE. This way, I can actually have the ability (and willingness) to make the time and the space to show up.
Here is a FREE Meditation to help you feel calm and grounded: It is part guided and part silent.
Right now, my practice needs to be filled with ease. So, I share with you, some EASE.
JUST BE.
You can feel messy,
be imperfect,
laugh,
cry,
and give yourself full permission to RELAX.
We will practice more often, if it is something that you WANT to show up for.
What does this look like?
Essentially, it means listening to the guidance inside. Trusting my body and what it is asking for. Erich Schiffmann would say something like, bypass the thinking and experience the feeling.
Just get comfortable and breathe.
Feel your breath. Listen to it. Be with it.
Before you know it, this will allow you to connect to your intuition and what is meaningful to you.
Just keep coming back to your healing breath and allow it to make more space for what is.
Notice the thoughts and feelings that surface. You don’t need to judge them, fix them, or cling on to them. Just breathe. Breathe into what is.
This too shall pass. This too shall be felt. Breathe and allow space to exist.
Relax into that space and keep softening.
Again
and again.
