Sessions can also incorporate a guided visualization and energetic work, if desired.

Magical! Relaxing! A truly amazing experience. I have had 3 Thai yoga massages with Michele and plan to schedule a fourth. The pressure she uses is customizable and she has a gift in knowing what parts of your body need more attention. I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I have had several massages at different establishments in Severna Park, but since trying Michele she is by far the best. She is flexible in scheduling. During the massage, I laid on a yoga mat fully clothed with comfortable clothes such as yoga pants, tank, and bare feet! I have sent several friends and neighbors to Michele and every single one text me back or calls me saying it was “incredible.”
